I am not so sure about it but i guess all the fruits and veggies are nutritious for preggies ayt? but my best advice is to go see a doctor..he will help you with that..good luck.._c)
NO not soft cheeses!! EGADS! (cant live without her brie)
*gasps* The horror.
there really is no fruit or veggie u can not eat while pregnant
studies show that seafood should be eaten in moderation due to the levels of mercury in the fish
caffeine should be avoided or only taken in very small amounts. caffeine is a stimulant & raises blood pressure & heartrate which isnt good for either mom or baby.
alcohol is a major no-no b/c it is been linked to causing birth defects.
fruits & veggies r a good choice for a pregnancy b/c they provide the necessary nutrients to help keep mom going & to also help baby grow big & strong.
One of the reasons is hygiene. if you don´t know where it has been or how clean is it you can´t put it in your mouth. with cooked foods it´s different cause you know you killed the bacteria boiling it or whatever you did to the food. Same with cheese. you are not 100% sure if it´s pasteurized or what process it had in order to be done. just to make sure eat always processed food that assures you that the goods are clean and bacteria free.
Found this online.the only thing about eating fruits & vegetables as stated in this is not to eat them unwashed..pesticides.

Food Don’ts
Print and
Go Guide
There r 3 main dangers lurking in the
food pregnant women eat. They are:
• Listeria – a dangerous bacterium that can
grow even in cold refrigerators.
• Mercury – a harmful metal found in high
levels in some fish.
• Toxoplasma – a risky parasite found in
undercooked meat & unwashed fruits
and vegetables.
These things can cause serious illness or
even death to u or ur unborn baby.
Follow these food facts to help keep u and
your baby healthy:
• DON’T eat raw or undercooked
meat, poultry, fish or shellfish (sushi
or sashimi).
• DON’T eat swordfish, tilefish, king
mackerel, & shark.
• DON’T eat refrigerated smoked
seafood like whitefish, salmon and
mackerel. These products r usually
labeled “Nova-style,” lox, kippered or
jerky.
• DON’T eat refrigerated pâtés or meat
spreads.
• DON’T eat hot dogs & luncheon
meats—unless they’re reheated until
steaming hot.
• DON’T eat soft cheeses like feta, brie,
camembert, “blue-veined cheeses,”
“queso blanco,” “queso fresco,” and
Panela unless the label says they are
pasteurized or made from pasteurized
milk.
• DON’T drink raw or unpasteurized
milk or eat foods that contain
unpasteurized milk.
• DON’T eat unwashed fruits and
vegetables.

Do not eat papaya during first seven months of pregnancy, as it will cause miscarriage. After seven months you can eat this fruit as it will make the bones of the child strong.
All are very healthy, I doubt you have anything to worry about..
There arent any that should be avoided.
Avoid eating houseplants if possible.
